JPI has been established by P?RNER as main shareholder in 2010 as a Service Company for the Bitumen Industry. In January, 2011, 75% of shares of the company were acquired by JEY-OIL. In accordance to Cooperation Agreement dated June 2010 between JEY-OIL and P?RNER the company shall act as a Joint Venture and performing the objectives defined in the “Joint Venture agreement for Packing of Road Bitumen”.
JPI has ordered a Packing Plant for Road Paving Bitumen in 2011 that is supplied under different contract by P?RNER to JPI and shall be implemented at the JEY-OIL Bitumen Production Site in Esfahan, Iran. Click for details>>
