a company incorporated under the laws of Islamic Republic of Iran and having its registered offices at No. 1, Corner of 4th Alley , South Seoul, Tehran, Islamic Republic of Iran.
JPI has been established by P?RNER as main shareholder in 2010 as a Service Company for the Bitumen Industry. In January, 2011, 75% of shares of the company were acquired by JEY-OIL. In accordance to Cooperation Agreement dated June 2010 between JEY-OIL and P?RNER the company shall act as a Joint Venture and performing the objectives defined in the “Joint Venture agreement for Packing of Road Bitumen”.
JPI has ordered a Packing Plant for Road Paving Bitumen in 2011 that is supplied under different contract by P?RNER to JPI and shall be implemented at the JEY-OIL Bitumen Production Site in Esfahan, Iran. The plant will be started up in Fall of 2011 and full operation shall commence by Mid January, 2012.
By means of this plant with a maximum packing capacity of 240 MT per day, JPI will be able to execute the packing service operation to pack Road Paving Bitumen produced by JEY-OIL into flexible plastic containers (“P?RNER Bitumen Bags”
